Cancellation/Modification Request Form

To request a cancellation/modification of your order, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill up the Cancellation/Modification Request Form below within 12 hours of placing your order. (Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placing your order.)
2. Your order will be immediately put on hold.
3. Allow 24-48 hours for us to review your cancellation request.
4. Once your cancellation request is approved, your order will be duly cancelled, and the amount will be refunded. 

Note: StudioBackdrops.com reserves the right to deduct the payment gateway processing fee and deny service to customers on repeated cancellations.
