Order Process

We have worked closely with some of the biggest and best logistics companies in India to ensure the safest and fastest delivery of the products you order.

1. Order Confirmation

Once you make the payment for the order it is marked as processing and an email is sent out to the e-mail address provided by you with your order details. You will also receive an order confirmation SMS and Whatsapp message.

2. Processing

Most items are available ready in stock and are ideally shipped out the same day if the order is received before 12PM depending on order volume. For orders received after 12PM, products are usually shipped out the next day depending on congestion and product type.

Our handpainted backdrops are made on order and usually take 5-6 business days to paint and dry before they can be shipped. The drying process is dependent on the weather.

If any product is out of stock or goes out of stock due to concurrent orders, a new product is either manufactured or procured as soon as possible. For items that cannot be restocked, our team will get in touch with you.

Note: Business Days are Monday to Friday and don’t include Weekends and Holidays.

3. Shipping

We offer standard free shipping on all products to over 22000 pin codes in India, and these are shipped by surface logistics. All product pages have a pin code checker to give you an estimation of the delivery timeline.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping and not from the date of order. Shipping can sometimes take longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, weather conditions, sale related congestions and force majeure conditions.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking link is sent across to you on email to the email address provided by you while placing the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery executives may contact you to ensure a smooth and easy delivery experience. A maximum of 2 delivery attempts are made before the shipment is marked as undeliverable or returned to origin. Please contact us.

We have a multi-step QC check in place to ensure that your products are shipped to you in perfect condition. However due to the nature of logistics in India, sometimes products can get damaged during shipment. In such cases, we request our customers to ensure that the package is in an undamaged condition before receiving the product. If the product appears damaged from outside, we request you to refuse delivery and contact us.

If your tracking link shows your order as delivered and you have not received your order, we request you to firstly check with your neighbors or guards and in case you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.
