AriesX Limited Product Warranty (India) - AriesX Xpress 600

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930. All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

1. Warranty Duration and Coverage

1.1 Main Product Warranty (Excluding Consumables):

AriesX warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that the core unit, components, and electronics (PCB, internal structure, chassis) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) Months from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period").

1. Mandatory Product Registration: This Limited Warranty is only valid if the Customer registers the Product on the official AriesX Warranty Website page at Product Warranty Registration - AriesX within 30 days of the purchase date. Failure to register the product will render this warranty void.
2. Warranty Commencement Date: The Warranty Period ALWAYS commences from the date of original retail purchase, as shown on the sales invoice, and not the date of registration on the AriesX website.
3. Proof of Purchase (Mandatory): The Customer must provide the original dated invoice or receipt.
4. Product Inspection: All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by AriesX or its Authorised Service Center (ASC). AriesX reserves the right to determine if a defect is covered under this warranty.
5. Non-Transferable: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser.
6. Service: All repair or replacement services under warranty must be carried out only by an AriesX Authorised Service Personnel.

3. Remedy and Limitation of Liability

AriesX's obligation is limited exclusively to the repair of the defective Product or replacement of the defective parts thereof (or replacement of the entire Product with a new or reconditioned Product, at AriesX's sole discretion). The maximum liability of AriesX under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific Product.

4. Warranty Exclusions (What Voids the Warranty)

This warranty does NOT cover any defect or damage resulting from, but not limited to, the following:

• Misuse or Abuse: Damages caused by improper installation, operation, storage, or use not conforming to the User Manual.
• Accidental Damage & Negligence: Damage caused by dropping, impact, fire, liquid contact (water damage), battery leakage (unless caused by a manufacturing defect in the battery itself), or improper ventilation/overheating.
• Unauthorized Modification: Any alteration, modification, disassembly, repair, or servicing by an unauthorised third party.
• Electrical/Power Issues: Damage due to power fluctuation, surges, incorrect voltage (AC/DC), or use of non-standard/unauthorized chargers.
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or aesthetic changes that do not affect the functional performance of the core unit.
• Lack of Proof: The inability to produce the original Proof of Purchase AND proof of valid online warranty registration.

5. Claim Procedure and Logistics

1. Claim Initiation (Mandatory): All warranty claims and complaints must be officially raised and initiated exclusively through the AriesX Warranty Claim portal on the official AriesX website at Warranty Claim / Register Complaint - AriesX
2. Shipping Requirement: The Customer must ship the Product directly to the brand or at the nearest AriesX drop-off location after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Cost Liability: The Customer shall be liable for all shipping, freight, and transit insurance costs for sending the Product to AriesX and for its return journey, regardless of the warranty outcome.
4. Non-Warranty Repairs: If the repair is deemed outside the scope of this warranty, the Customer shall be liable for all repair charges quoted by AriesX. If the Customer rejects the quoted repair charges, they remain liable for the return shipping costs.
