StudioFolks Khaki Crush Dyed photography backdrop is a mottled fabric. This dark brown colour is mesmerizing and is best for wedding couture, fashion photography, and creating makeup content. The texture that comes from crushing the fabric while dyeing makes this background unique. It gives a unique dimension to all your visuals.
This is a professional photography product and it is matte, non-transparent, and non-reflective. It gives you a smooth background with texture that elevates your subjects. Crush Dyed products are quintessential to backdrop shops and photography studios worldwide. Crush dyeing was one of the first processes used to create artistic backgrounds. The process creates a unique texture in the backdrop for photography. And it adds extra depth to the images clicked against it.
The best quality 165 gsm Indian cotton makes this a durable product. It can last for years and it keeps the legacy of art alive. The fabric is crushed, painted, and dyed with artistic precision and aesthetics to create beautiful patterns. We use complementary colours to create the design and keep it cohesive. The textures and pattern of the backdrop will never take focus away from the subject.
The backdrop has a 4″ rod pocket to install easily. You can style it in many different ways as the backdrop is meant to be adaptable. One way is to use a background stand. Or hang it from a rod or rope of the right height. You can stretch it infinitely or scrunch the fabric up. And you can even add extra dimension by making more folds. You can be as creative as you want!
We do not recommend washing the studio background as it deactivates the dye and dilutes the colour.

Exposure is measured with a Sekonic L478D Lightmeter, and colours are calibrated using the Datacolor Spydercheckr System.
While we strive for colour accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in lighting setups, screen displays, printed media, or natural variances in fabrics, dyes, and paints. To closely match our product images, we recommend using a similar lighting process.
