Every detail of the SYNCO Mic-M3 is meant to pick up sound that is better than any microphone of its size. It features a super-cardioid pickup pattern that effectively minimizes noise and ambient sounds.  directional microphone Mic-M3 focuses sound waves coming from the front and small lobe of the rear, effective in minimizing off-axis noise and ambience.

Mic-M3 has a 3-level gain control of -10db, 0db, and +10db to improve the input signals. The microphone also has a 100Hz optional low-cut filter that eliminates undesired low-frequency noises giving you crisp and clear sound. 

It is a lightweight microphone that can be slipped into a briefcase, backpack or handbag and hardly noticed. Powered by two AAA batteries, M3 works continuously for 30 to 50 hours without using real-time monitoring, satisfying long-time shooting demand.

3-Level Gain Control

The Synco Mic-M3 professional DSLR camera microphone is modified to have a 3-level gain control (-10dB, 0dB, +10dB) to improve the input signals. You can use it to control the recording directly if low audio levels are noticed with 3.5mm real-time monitoring output.

LED Indicator

The LED indicator on this microphone indicates the working status. The light stays green when the mic works properly; otherwise, it is off. No on-and-off audio checking or monitoring is needed.
