To initiate a return or replacement, please complete the following steps:
- Fill up the Return/Replacement Request Form below
- The Return/Replacement team will get back to you on the Email ID provided asking for further details and images. For e.g, Unboxing Video of the product, Delivery slip signed by the receiver stating damage, Clear images of the outer box, and Clear images of the incorrect product.
- Allow 24-48 hours for us to review your return request.
- Once approved, a return pickup will be generated and the product picked up from the delivery address.
- Ensure all items are packaged properly before pickup.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo inspection to ensure the product is fit for re-sale.
- When the product passes inspection and the restocking process is completed, the remaining balance will be made available in your StudioBackdrops.com account.
