Laverne is a photography backdrop in a Handpainted Mottled design. This vibrant purple shade is the perfect signature colour to go for. It really sets your content apart from the dull, old crowd.
This backdrop goes through two unique processes to give you the perfect texture and colours in your photos and videos. They are first mottled with our signature techniques and proprietary dyes, then hand-painted with a touch of extra colour. It creates a unique and smooth texture.
We use the best quality 165 gsm Indian cotton to keep the legacy of art alive. The dyes used to create this photography backdrop are the best by industry standards. The beautiful patterns come from our artists painting the backdrop by hand. We use complementary colours to make the photo video backdrop and keep it cohesive. The textures and pattern of the backdrop will never take focus away from the subject.
The studio background is non-reflective and provides a completely matte surface. It is a thick fabric that is very easy to handle. The photo video backdrop has a 4″ rod pocket to be set up easily. You can style this studio background in many different ways as it is meant to be adaptable.
One way is to use a backdrop stand. Or hang it from a pulley system. You can stretch it tight to get the infinite effect. Or scrunch the fabric up to get natural folds. You can even add extra dimension by making more folds. You can be as creative as you want!
We do not recommend washing the background cloth as it deactivates the dye and dilutes the colour.

All product images at StudioBackdrops.com are photographed in our studio using two AriesX Xpress 600W Flashes (5600K) with AriesX Lux 180cm Translucent Umbrellas for soft, even lighting. Exposure is measured with a Sekonic L478D Lightmeter, and colours are calibrated using the Datacolor Spydercheckr System.
While we strive for colour accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in lighting setups, screen displays, printed media, or natural variances in fabrics, dyes, and paints. To closely match our product images, we recommend using a similar lighting process.
