How to Install a Paper Backdrop?
There are multiple ways to install your paper backdrop roll. The deciding factors are whether your setup has to be portable or permanent. And whether you want to use multiple paper rolls at one time. For instance, a backdrop stand will handle only one backdrop at a time. While a backdrop mount can hold multiple paper backdrops at once.
The backdrop is protected by a plastic sleeve. We recommend that you store the backdrop with the plastic for longevity of the paper roll. If not in use, it is best stored vertically to prevent any sag in the middle. We recommend you use clamps to secure the paper to your stand and tape to secure the paper to the floor.

Note:
All product images at StudioBackdrops.com are photographed in our studio using two AriesX Xpress 600W Flashes (5600K) with AriesX Lux 180cm Translucent Umbrellas for soft, even lighting. Exposure is measured with a Sekonic L478D Lightmeter, and colours are calibrated using the Datacolor Spydercheckr System.
While we strive for colour accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in lighting setups, screen displays, printed media, or natural variances in fabrics, dyes, and paints. To closely match our product images, we recommend using a similar lighting process.
The IndusLite Neutral Gray backdrop is made from premium pulp-dyed paper with 145 gsm thickness. This provides excellent durability and a professional matte finish that's non-reflective, making it ideal for studio photography.
This backdrop comes in four different sizes: 4.5 feet x 16 feet, 7 feet x 16 feet, 9 feet x 16 feet, and 9 feet x 32 feet. The variety of widths and the longer 32-foot option provide flexibility for different studio setups and shooting requirements.
The backdrop comes core-wound around a hard cardboard and is wrapped in a plastic sleeve for protection. The core helps you easily install the backdrop on any type of system like manual pulley mount, motorized backdrop mount or backdrop stands.
The neutral gray color is perfect for portrait photography, product shoots, and professional headshots where you need a clean, non-distracting background. The matte finish eliminates unwanted reflections and provides even lighting across the backdrop.
Make sure to store the backdrop upright and in its original packaging to avoid any external damage. Store the backdrop roll in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading and moisture damage. Keep it rolled up when not in use and handle with clean hands to maintain the premium paper quality and matte finish.
