How to Install a Paper Backdrop?
There are multiple ways to install your paper backdrop roll. The deciding factors are whether your setup has to be portable or permanent. And whether you want to use multiple paper rolls at one time. For instance, a backdrop stand will handle only one backdrop at a time. While a backdrop mount can hold multiple paper backdrops at once.
The backdrop is protected by a plastic sleeve. We recommend that you store the backdrop with the plastic for longevity of the paper roll. If not in use, it is best stored vertically to prevent any sag in the middle. We recommend you use clamps to secure the paper to your stand and tape to secure the paper to the floor.

Note:
All product images at StudioBackdrops.com are photographed in our studio using two AriesX Xpress 600W Flashes (5600K) with AriesX Lux 180cm Translucent Umbrellas for soft, even lighting. Exposure is measured with a Sekonic L478D Lightmeter, and colours are calibrated using the Datacolor Spydercheckr System.
While we strive for colour accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in lighting setups, screen displays, printed media, or natural variances in fabrics, dyes, and paints. To closely match our product images, we recommend using a similar lighting process.
This backdrop is made from premium pulp-dyed paper with 145gsm thickness. It features a non-reflective matte finish that gives you professional results every time you shoot with it.
The IndusLite Storm Gray backdrop comes in four different sizes: 4.5 feet x 16 feet, 7 feet x 16 feet, 9 feet x 16 feet, and 9 feet x 32 feet. This gives you flexibility to choose the right size for your studio setup and shooting requirements.
Since this is a premium 145gsm paper backdrop, store it vertically in its package. If you want to keep it hanging, use a crossbar to prevent sagging and creasing. Keep it in a dry environment away from moisture and handle with clean hands to maintain the matte finish quality.
The backdrop comes in a strong cardboard box, core-wound and wrapped in a plastic sleeve for protection. Store it in the same box, upright and straight. This packaging helps maintain the backdrop's quality and makes it easier to store and transport.
The light gray color with its non-reflective matte finish makes it versatile for portrait photography, product shoots, and professional headshots. The neutral tone works well for both colour and black-and-white photography without competing with your subject.
