Baroque Studio Palatial Curtain 3D Scenic canvas background has a 3D scenic effect. This backdrop is perfect for both photography and videography as it is an immersive studio background. It has been hand-painted by experienced artists with precision. The photo video backdrop takes you to the beautiful setting of exquisitely detailed curtains and stately pillars.
The canvas background is divided into two parts, the top portion is 9ft x 9ft and has photorealistic details of the scenery. The floor portion is 7ft in length and adds depth and realism to the backdrop making it 3D. It is painted with a special geometric technique to centre the perspective. The backdrop is available in only one size to maintain the proportions of the scenery.
Canvas Background Available in Two Fabrics:
This photo video backdrop is available in two fabric options. You can choose the 165gsm muslin or the 250gsm canvas. Both versions of the backdrop come rolled around a cardboard core. Muslin is lighter and easy to handle. It can be easily transported and easily stored also. Canvas is a thicker fabric and heavier. But it is less prone to wrinkles and absorbs paint better. It also has a longer life.
Each backdrop is painted to order and by hand to give you exquisite details and rich, vibrant colours. As every studio background is painted to order, please allow 5-6 working days for it to be painted and dried before it is shipped. Kindly do not consider the time taken to paint as part of the delivery timeline.

Why colours may look different
Screen: Screens use RGB light to simulate colours, while physical materials use dyes and pigments. Screens or photography cannot perfectly reproduce a physical colour. Manufacturers also estimate a 15-20% variation across displays.
Lighting: We photograph all backdrops with 2 AriesX Xpress 600s, both mounted with AriesX Translucent Umbrellas pointed at the backdrop at 45 degrees. AriesX flashes have a spectral output closest to natural daylight in a controlled environment. We use this setup to achieve the most neutral, accurate colour rendering possible. The same product will look noticeably different under LED, tungsten, fluorescent or even daylight at different times of the day. If you want to recreate the website image, you will need to use the same lighting setup as us.

The major difference between the Muslin and Canvas options is the thickness. Muslin is 165gsm and Canvas is 250gsm. Muslin is lighter and comes folded in a box. Canvas is thicker and comes rolled around a cardboard core.

Each version of our handpainted backdrop has a different installation mechanism. The muslin has a rod pocket for inserting the crossbar. It is compatible with various backdrop mounts. The canvas version is rolled around a cardboard core which can go on any backdrop mounting system you have.
This is a handpainted backdrop which uses fine art paints. Any contact with water will destroy the design of the product as the paints will run or flow away with the water.
The colour of this handpainted backdrop may vary slightly as it is a made to order product. It can also look different from the website images due to creative lighting used in photography and differences in screen displays. The colours depicted online may vary slightly from the actual product.
