- Stain Resistance: The layering of industry-standard paints makes them resistant to liquids. We’ve tested it with water, coffee, makeup, juices, sauces, soft drinks and more. It is built to provide effortless cleaning. Also, all you need to do is swipe with a microfibre cloth to remove the liquid.
- Textured Finish: The handpainted texture adds a unique depth and offers a professional look, unlike boring, ordinary materials. Flat, printed vinyl just doesn’t give you any dimension. Neither do backdrops like chart papers.

Why colours may look different
Screen: Screens use RGB light to simulate colours, while physical materials use dyes and pigments. Screens or photography cannot perfectly reproduce a physical colour. Manufacturers also estimate a 15-20% variation across displays.
Lighting: We photograph all backdrops with 2 AriesX Xpress 600s, both mounted with AriesX Translucent Umbrellas pointed at the backdrop at 45 degrees. AriesX flashes have a spectral output closest to natural daylight in a controlled environment. We use this setup to achieve the most neutral, accurate colour rendering possible. The same product will look noticeably different under LED, tungsten, fluorescent or even daylight at different times of the day. If you want to recreate the website image, you will need to use the same lighting setup as us.

Charcoal Product Photography Backdrop has two tabletop sizes available: 2ft x 3ft and 3ft x 4ft. The smaller option works well for jewellery, cosmetics, food and other compact products. The 3ft x 4ft size is better suited to larger products, group arrangements and wider compositions. Means, the larger sizes are great for a variety of productions.
The canvas backdrop is rolled around a cardboard core that acts as the mounting point. Insert any suitable crossbar through the core and attach it to your backdrop support system.
Charcoal Product Photography Backdrop is made from 300gsm canvas fabric, offering a firm and durable surface for tabletop product photography. Its primed canvas surface is designed to hold the handpainted finish while maintaining a matte, non-reflective appearance.
We recommend you do not wash or dry clean this product. It is best to prevent any stains on the backdrop by using acrylic sheets, tissues or microfibre cloths. If it gets dirty, we recommend that you clean it with a microfibre cloth and a PH neutral detergent.
This is a handpainted backdrop that can look different under different lighting. It will give you different results under an LED light, or a home tubelight, or tungsten light. It is a versatile feature of the product that you can use to your advantage.
