Why colours may look different
Screen: Screens use RGB light to simulate colours, while physical materials use dyes and pigments. Screens or photography cannot perfectly reproduce a physical colour. Manufacturers also estimate a 15-20% variation across displays.
Lighting: We photograph all backdrops with 2 AriesX Xpress 600s, both mounted with AriesX Translucent Umbrellas pointed at the backdrop at 45 degrees. AriesX flashes have a spectral output closest to natural daylight in a controlled environment. We use this setup to achieve the most neutral, accurate colour rendering possible. The same product will look noticeably different under LED, tungsten, fluorescent or even daylight at different times of the day. If you want to recreate the website image, you will need to use the same lighting setup as us.

The 2ft x 3ft option is suitable for small products, jewellery, makeup, skincare and focused compositions, while the 3ft x 4ft option gives you additional space for food arrangements, beverages, bags, perfumes, multiple products and wider shots.
The backdrop is made from 300gsm canvas fabric, providing a sturdy surface for product photography. The canvas is primed before painting and offers a durable, non-reflective matte finish.
The textured design of Dark Green Product Photogaphy backdrop creates a rich, layered appearance in photographs. It adds depth to the background while giving food, products and other subjects a more polished and visually interesting setting.
This backdrop is rolled around a cardboard core for easy installation. You can just insert a crossbar through the core and place it onto your backdrop stand, pulley system or other compatible support.
The colour of this handpainted backdrop can vary due to differences in lighting, computer screens and monitor calibration settings. There can also be minor variations because it is painted to order. To recreate the same results as ours, you will need to use the lighting setup explained at the bottom of the product page..
