Honey Reversible Photography backdrop is perfect for those on a budget. It is a double-sided backdrop, each side a distinct colour. And you get it for the price of one! The warm, brown texture of the first side is great for portraits. The lighter greyish beige side gives you a neutral option to play with.
We use a unique proprietary technology to make this backdrop. Each side is dyed separately so the colours don’t seep into each other or mix. Because of this precise dyeing technique, you get rich and bright colours on each side. Each side is also completely seamless without any joints or stitches.
We use the best quality 165 gsm Indian cotton to keep the legacy of art alive. Every reversible backdrop is created with different techniques and we combine our mottling technologies to create each piece. The textures and patterns create a beautiful depth in your images.
The backdrop has a 4″ rod pocket for you to hang it easily. Also, it is very thick and durable, giving you a solid framework. You can style it in many different ways as the backdrop is meant to be adaptable. One way is to use a backdrop stand. Or hang it from a rod or rope of the right height. You can stretch it infinitely or scrunch the fabric up. And you can even add extra dimension by making more folds. You can be as creative as you want!
We do not recommend washing the background cloth as it will deactivate the dye and dilute the colour.

Why colours may look different
Screen: Screens use RGB light to simulate colours, while physical materials use dyes and pigments. Screens or photography cannot perfectly reproduce a physical colour. Manufacturers also estimate a 15-20% variation across displays.
Lighting: We photograph all backdrops with 2 AriesX Xpress 600s, both mounted with AriesX Translucent Umbrellas pointed at the backdrop at 45 degrees. AriesX flashes have a spectral output closest to natural daylight in a controlled environment. We use this setup to achieve the most neutral, accurate colour rendering possible. The same product will look noticeably different under LED, tungsten, fluorescent or even daylight at different times of the day. If you want to recreate the website image, you will need to use the same lighting setup as us.

Honey backdrop has a thickness of 165gsm and is completely non-transparent. It also has better light absorption because of the material used to create it. It has a texture that gives you smooth results every time.
This professional-grade backdrop features two 4-inch rod pockets. A rod pocket is a fabric loop in which you can quickly insert any rod or crossbar. You can use a traditional backdrop stand with a crossbar to install this backdrop. All you need is to insert the crossbar in the rod pocket and then put the crossbar on your backdrop stand.
You can fold the backdrop and store it in your studio. Leaving the backdrop hanging on your backdrop mount for long periods can lead it to get damaged by dust, heat or moisture. The best option is to use its original packaging to store it.
The website images of the backdrop are shot with professional studio flashes and photography equipment. You can achieve the same results by using the same light setup as our photography team.
